History

In 1977, Condell House was set up as a gentleman’s rest home. Audrey and Murray Stephen purchased the business in 1992. The closing of Templeton created a demand for residential care services. In 1997 Audrey and Murray formed Paulownia Trust as a Registered Charity to continue the valued support to people with a disability so they can live a full life.
